HEKTAR REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (“HEKTAR”)
Event Interim Distribution of RM0.0121 per HEKTAR REIT unit for second quarter ended 30 June 2026. Withholding tax will be deducted for distribution made to the following types of unitholders:-

1) Non-resident individual (Withholding tax at 10%)
2) Foreign institutional investors (Withholding tax at 10%)
3) Resident companies (Subject to tax at prevailing tax rate applicable to companies)
4) Non-resident companies (Withholding tax at the prevailing tax rate at 24%)
Entitlement date 10 September 2026; 5:00 pm
Payment date 09 October 2026
